The Early Dance Working Group maintains a directory of scholars, teachers,
performers, and choreographers whose expertise is in pretwentieth-century
dance. Colleagues in opera, theater, and dance companies, as well as others
seeking assistance with dance or music, are welcome to contact the specialists
listed here. They are available to work on projects involving the reconstruction,
interpretation, teaching, or performance of early dance.
All those listed are current members of the Society of Dance History
Scholars and have given permission to publish their names, notes on recent
professional activities, and contact information. Their listing here does
not imply endorsement by the Society of Dance History Scholars.
