Surrey: Accomodation Information for SDHS

Delegates have the option either to stay in campus housing or in Guildford.  Please see details below for prices.  We kindly ask you to note that several of the accommodation options have early deadlines for reservation.

Accommodations at University of Surrey

University accommodation is provided on campus within close proximity to the conference rooms and catering venues.  Rooms will be provided in University Court, each with en-suite shower and toilet facilities.  All rooms are equipped with bed linen and a duvet, basic toiletries, a towel and a limited supply of coat hangers.
 
There are shared kitchens for cooking, each equipped with a microwave, kettle and cooker. Please note that there are no other cooking utensils, but all meals will be included in the overnight accommodation conference package (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner).   

150 rooms are currently reserved, but please note that University accommodation must be booked by 15th May 2010.

Located close to the railway station, the YMCA offers excellent ‘value for money’ B&B accommodation in central Guildford.
